Tracks 1-6: Recorded live at The Gabah in Los Angeles, CA, on April 25, 2002. This event was a beat battle billed as "The Baron Wolfgang von Thes vs. Will.I.Am", and it was hosted by DJ Dusk and Cut Chemist.
Tracks 7-11: Previously unreleased material made for the battle that wasn't used.
